Yea that was all i really missed personally. but not so much that it made the game not fun. If you choose to expand the game out later after the jam, Id definitely play it again. It was clean.
Thank you, I definitely tried to polish it as much as possible before the deadline. In the future I'd like to change the mechanics a lot, to make it more replay-able, and fun. I want to make it feel more like a real roguelike. Hopefully people will give more feedback once the game jam reaches the deadline. I appreciate you taking the time to comment, it boosts my motivation! :D
In character select. The hitbox of the character, when you mouse over it, at the very last pixel overlaps with the surrounding area. Making the character highlight flicker like a light show when you put the mouse there. Gives me Roll20 flashbacks (they had that literally everywhere back in the day). And no I wasn't even looking for it. My mouse just happened to be on that exact pixel when I loaded into the game.

i did not do very well in this game but that doesnt take away from how smooth the gameplay felt. I enjoyed playing it.
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it! I will try to find a way to explain better how the mechanics work in the future.

Thank you for the feedback, I'm adding it to known bugs now, and will fix in the future. :D
